Growing up, Donald experienced life across multiple states in Nigeria due to his father's career in the Nigerian Police Force. These early transitions shaped his resilience, adaptability, and strong work ethic. From a young age, he developed an entrepreneurial mindset, engaging in agriculture and small-scale ventures to support himself and his family.

Despite financial challenges that limited his access to traditional university education, Donald pursued academic growth through the Chartered Institute of Commerce of Nigeria, earning his National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), and currently pursuing his MBA at Ajayi Crowther University. Alongside his education, he actively supported his family through farming and commercial activities, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility.

Donald's entrepreneurial journey began in agriculture, where he successfully ran a poultry business under the name Call Donald's Farm. Through disciplined savings and strategic investment, he acquired land and began small-scale property development. His entry into real estate was driven by firsthand experience of the sector's high return on investment, which quickly ignited his passion for property development.

Today, Donald is the visionary behind Donald's Homes and Properties Ltd, a growing real estate company committed to delivering value-driven developments that combine quality, affordability, and long-term investment potential. His approach to real estate is rooted in practical experience, integrity, and a deep understanding of market opportunities.
